hi,

i am holding the mobilen umber 9886556065 and i had subscribed for 80 Rupees sms pack and told that i would continue the
service for one month and after that it will be deactivated. As i liked the service and was making more sms usage i
decided to continue the service and called the customer care one day before the billing cycle and requested to continue
the service.But she didnt take my request and told me that if at all the service is going to be deactivated i would first
get a confirmation call and she asked me to tell that i would like continue the service in the confirmation call. as i
didnt get a confirmation call i was assuming that sms service is active and so made more sms usage of 2000+ Rupees.
Because of customer care executives mistake is it justice to pay 2000 Rupees? i am calling customer care now and they say
it cant be waived off. who can help me?
