Shivaji : 96778 - Said cannot out call the no. asked twice thrice if he was the supervisor . cannot give credits , i spoke about the previous officers as the cust service given to me was very bad , the Issue: i called the US - 0012014848886 the No. is not in service any more i was charged for it 3 time as i was advised by Shivaji , and i wanted to know why was i charged for the call , i was advised that the cust on the other side picked the call , and the line has been Disconnected since a long time.
Vijay Jotwani - i spoke to him as well , he advised me that he will call from the personal no. and check what is the issue , Kept me on Mute for 2 mins. the Manager has no rights if he has he could have done some thing but he ended up by disconnecting the call , as i was abusing on the call as he was telling to visit the store.....
