    Unhappy Vodafone

My name is Arush Nagpal and my vodafone no. is 7508300250. Today(8th February,2012) ,I got a phone call from a Vodafone executive telling me about the gurbani service. I straight away refused that i was not interested in the service but the executive continued that he was only informing me about that service. He told me that it is for my benefit only and by dialing a no. ,I could listen to gurbani live.He did not ask me whether I wanted to activate the service and neither he told me whether any charge was to be deducted for that. After some time of the call, I received a message that Rs.49 had been deducted from my balance as monthly rental for the service. Now I don't know how to deactivate the service. Moreover, the customer care number is too not free.I couldn't call Vodafone because I had to make some important calls and did not have much balance. Please help me refund my money and deactivate the service as soon as possible. If the call was recorded, then it will prove my innocence.

    Hi Arush,

Please be informed that the request for the service deactivation has been raised, and the same will be deactivated in the next 24 hours. We would also like to inform you that we are processing a reversal of Rs. 49/- as a gesture of goodwill. Email us at vodafonecare.pun@vodafone.com for any further assistance, we'll do our best to help.

    Regards,
    Vodafone Customer Care, Punjab
