A number of complaints against Vodafone, and they all are on the verge of bullying their costumer.
Firstly, the number which I had for years was deactivated because I didn't use it for 60 days. Where was that clause? Was it conveyed to the consumers in any way? They spam me every day with junk messages and flash messages, but they could not tell me that I would lose my number that EVERYONE I know has?
Secondly, because of above problem, I had to use a roaming number which I was using when not in town. I need blackberry services for work and for networking, so I called up Vodafone customer care. The person told me to recharge for Rs. 399. I did so, and I get talk time instead. I call up customer care again and they tell me they are "sorry for the inconvenience, we will surely assist you". Rubbish. They said it would take a week to rectify the problem and get Blackberry services activated. Thats Rs. 400 down the drain for no reason.
Thirdly, I come back some time later, and go to the Indiranagar Vodafone store and get Blackberry services activated on the 18th of January 2012. The services work fine for 2 days. on the 21st of January, my Blackberry Internet Services (BIS) are stopped. I call customer care again, and they tell me it has been deactivated. By who I ask. They said it just has been deactivated. So on the 21st of January they take a complaint and say it will be sorted out in 24 hours. On the 22nd of January my services are still not activated. I call them up again and they say "we are sorry for the inconvenience, we will surely assist you".
Nothing has happened so far.
This is pure bullying and Vodafone not caring about costumers after the customers are locked in.
I have lost a contact number, more than Rs. 1000 in recharges related to Blackberry and talk time, and most importantly I have lost my patience and hope in the company.
I know what the response to this message will be
