Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Vodafone (post paid) since May 2009. My mobile no. is 9999026198. My credit limit is 500. But today i.e. 20th July in morning I found Vodafone had blocked my outgoing call without any prier notice (IVR calling, SMS, personal phone). When I have call to customer care and asked only 2 questions ….
1. If my credit limit is 500 and my due amount is Rs. 411 and due date is 29th July then why block my outgoing call?
2. Why are not Vodafone asked me to credit some amount to there account before block my no.
When I argued with them they finally disconnect my no. as per my wish.
I just want to bring this notice to Vodafone management.
Is my question not genuine?
Customer has no rights to asked why calls blocked without notice.
Kindly check my previous record.
