Hi,

On 22nd January 2012 I had taken a new vodafone connection. On 26th January i bought a paper recharge of Rs20 to recharge my account. But when I am recharging my account it is showing "Recharge not possible". After many tries my account did not get charged with balance. I went to vodafone store they said that the action is being taken from their side and my balance will be credited in 7-8 hrs but it is more than 24 hrs and my account is not charged.

Please look into this matter as i am not able to recharge using paper recharge.
