i am using a vodafone prepaid number 9176807759. i use this number only for texting and i have been recharging with bonus 27 voucher every month. on 23rd december i had done the same, but my free sms were not activated until i complained on 26th december with vodafone(service registration number 1333646246). my sms service has been activated since 27th december. but i have been charged more than Rs.150 for 3 days of sms. I was told my issue will be resolved by 11.00 am on 29th december. i have not got any calls and i called myself to know the status, i am told only thing i am being offered is 3 days of extra validity till 27th january. i can get full 1 month validity for Rs 27, i dont know what these ppl are offering me. all i want is the Rs.150 refund. if i dont get that i am going to jus throw away all 3 vodafone sim cards which i have. (8939334253, 8939334236). VODAFONE HAS BECOME A COMPANY FULL OF CROOKS.

3 days of extension for 150 rupees....? i can get 1 full months validity for 27 rupees... why am i being offered 3 days of validity ? vodafone has become the head quarters of cheaters and assholes... would jus change my number to airtel.... thanks for ur help. now go **** urself.
