I have availed a sms pack on 11th of may for which my balance was deducted twice(i.e rs.104) so i called and asked for refund. They gave me refund(rs 52/-) on 13th may but the sms pack was deactivated.
Everytime i called them they assured me of activation of service within some period of time but it never got activated. I spoke to their supervisor and even they assured me of same but nothing happened. Everytime they called me and said the service is activated and for testing it they asked me to send msgs for which i was charged. After that they(supervisor) never turned up to receive my call when asked to transfer my call to them, everytime my call was transferred to new supervisor and same thing continued and atlast i was assured that my balance will be refunded but even that was not credited to my account.
Its already 1 month and i didnt got any sms pack nor my balance is refunded. Ive spoken to around 10-15 customer executives and 4 supervisors but nothing worked for me.
It did not matter to me that my balance was not refunded but what matters is that they say that they are to service the customer, (HAPPY TO HELP) but they never help.They just make false assurance and make the customer fool.
I dont know will this complaint will effect them but they should be seriously punished for harrassing the customer and wasting their time.
