I have been a Vodafone customer from 2006 Feb,when it was launched as Hutch in Punjab.I had a roller coaster ride with them,but from the past couple of years as soon as my balance gets near rs.200 they activate some services like callertune or some missed call alert and deduct my money.I have to call them and sometimes they refund my money saying that it was their fault but sometimes they didn't give a refund.
In last year August the same problem happened and the refunded the money saying,"the caller tune activation was an error from our side and we are sorry for the
inconvenience".I have every e-mail of my conversation with their customer care
2 weeks back they activated MCI and some star plus service when i called their customer care numbers 111,198,9888098880 instead of connecting to the customer care it says "VODAFONE KI BEST DEALS MEIN AAPKA SWAGAT HAI"
I called the numbers from my friends number and they say your customer care number is blocked on your number,they say some server problem and said it will be resolved soon but nothing happened.I sent them like 10-15 mails every time they say it will be fixed in 48 hours,but nothing happened.Here are few docket numbers from the mails 247935826,247646475,246478207,2228387424,246046366 ....this list will go on
Dear Vodafone what did i do wrong,why are you causing me so much trouble?
