    dear sir i'm sunil kumar customer of vodafone bihar,our mdn no. Is 9334053853.i'm very sad of your service and our loss many types of issue.dear sir,today again my acount gone in minus.i can't understand what to do i do? For your cheat.i am feeling very bad for change my operator reliance.this is 9 years old no. With reliance but there is no any essue for my account deduction.i was wrong. For my mnp.your customer care service is very poor like another operator,there is no help for any customer query. I always face aproblem when i talk your customer care,but today will be amanging,'when i talk ur customer care repragentative,then mr.anil no any help and said to me please talk my senior repragentative and transfer my call,then i wait her response after 10minute but i was socked,because ''jise main senior officer samajh raha tha,actual me wo bhi meri tarah customer tha,main apni problem use bata raha tha aur wo apni problem mujhe bata raha tha,jab is haqeekat ko jana to dono hans pade ki aisa bhi kahin hota hai,wo mujhe vodafone officer samajh raha tha aur main use''.what is this?this is your customer care service.''ye apka customer care cust se maarnewala care hai,ise sudhar kare,nahi to jitni jald jo customer bana hai,chala bhi jayega.''say something a service gprs,sirji ur gprs service failure in our district khagaria bihar 80days.''please reverse my amount in my account,if not reverse in my amt,i shall change ur operator within a two days,''aur mere parivar aur doston ke pass jo bhi voda ka no. Hoga,wo sara change ho jayega.''please reverse my amt 53.71 rs.urgent.--SUNIL KUMAR,9334053853.

    Angry I have cheated by Vodafone service.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I am Biswajit Ghosh, have been suffering from last month to till now due to unsupported behavior from Tata indicom and Vodafone site. It is too much insulting for that. on last month, I have received a SMS in my Tata indicom mobile number (9735700520) that " your vodafone bil is overdue for Rs.108/-". Already on that day, I have paid the total due amount at Krishnagar fodafone Stores and received a payment slip from that stores. But till now, I am unable to access my Tata indicom Mobile number- 9735700520 due to non payment excuse. That why reason, I have cheated by Vodafone. Already I have paid Rs.300/- for the Mobile Portability purpose from Vodafone to Tata indicom purpose. There is vodafone payment slip in my hand.

    I have been requesting to Vodafone for time to time, but not got any response from that side. please look this matter and reconnect this connection as soon as possible, because this mobile number is very essential and important for my service and career.
    I will be grateful to you if you do the same as soon as possible.
