    Angry vodafone - delhi

    i had recharged my vodafone mobile no :9999085424 on 31th morning 7.am for Rs.95/- i.e for internet pack. I got the confirmation message from vodafone saying that "your account has been recharged successfully by Rs. 95 " . but till now i havent got confirmation message about activation of my internet pack which was ideally required. now when i try to access the internet , balance from my main account is deducting.

    now then i try calling up customer care centre some times they say that services are not activated, sometimes they say that it ll be activated in 24hrs , some say that it got deactivated as you are using 3G plan and the internet pack that you ordered was for 2G!! if this is the case then i should ve been told this when i spoke to Mr. praveen kumar(on 111 @ customer care person) and asked him if the same will work or not. and sometimes they also say that your balance is below than 5 Rs and because of this the services has been barred. if this is the case then i ve recharged my account on 1/2/2011 for Rs. 10 to make sure that my main account balance is more than 5rs.

    from all this its clear that vodafone executives have shown lots of irresponsibility regarding this and it has costed my both time and money.
