    Default Vodafone Delhi - Vodafone - Extremely Poor Customer Service - Harassing my Family

    Hi,

    I have a post-paid Vodafone Delhi number, 9873915933. Since, I have shifted base to Bangalore, I wanted to get my Delhi number disconnected. I went to Vodafone store, Bangalore, on 28 July, 2010 for the same.
    I was told to sent an email to Delhi Customer Care ( vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com ).
    I sent the email on 28th July, 2010. I got an acknowledgement on 29 July, 2010 saying that Vodafone would get back to me in 2 days.
    NO ONE DID.

    I got a call on 30 July, 2010 asking for payment of bill. I said that I have filed a request for cancellation of number. In any case, my pending bill is Rs 703 odd, while my security deposit is Rs 1800.
    The executive told that she would get back to me.

    NO ONE RESPONDED!

    I got a call for paying the bill again on 31 July, 2010 & 2 August, 2010.
    I again told that, I have asked for number disconnection. I was again told that someone will respond.

    NO ONE DID.

    I have switched off that number. Why should I be paying roaming charges?
    I have given them my Bangalore Vodafone number.

    But no one has called on that number.

    Instead they have called on my family's Delhi number harassing them for Bill payment, twice.
    It is me who has to receive amount, & not Vodafone.


    I called Vodafone customer care thrice on 7 August, 2010.
    I was given 2 numbers for Delhi Customer Care - 9811098110 & 9811000005.

    On calling 9811098110, I was told that it was Pre-Paid customer care, & they can't connect me to Post-Paid, they even refused to register any complaint, & the executive was EXTREMELY RUDE!

    Then I tried 9811000005, 5 times, & everytime, I got the response that, its a wrong number!

    Now, they will also charge for August rental, despite the fact that request was made in July itself.

    I have sent a mail to the Nodal Officer (Sushma.nodal@vodafone.com ) & Appellate Officer (sanjays.delhi@vodafone.com ). But I do not expect any assistance from their side. I am fed up of Vodafone Customer Services.

    There is no " Happy To Help ". Its all about " Happy To FRUSTRATE ".

    This for your informatation that my mobile no 9999451724 and it is comes under my comapny policy. my SIM no. 8200043593 0 H1 (new sim) has been changed by vodafone service due to some technical reasons, but till the changed my SIM I am not able to access my official mails on my handset which I was used eirleir. I went to the Vodafone customer care sector 12 Dwarka and mat with Mr. Himanshu & Mr. Ajay two time but I did'nt found any solutions.They also mail to the concern department and they called on 55666 in fornt of me, I also trying atlest five time in a day the customer care no. 111 and they suggested to call 55666 and 55666 suggestted to call 111. I am conteniue trying to findout the solutions of my problems since last five days. Your customer care playing with me like a football and they are enjoying no one give the solutions. If they are unable to give the solution of the problems than why are company kept so much staff for that purpose. kindly rectify my problems otherwise I'll go to the consumer court, because that is enough.

    Unhappy Pathetic services of Vodafone

    Customer care no's never get through, if by mistake if you get through the person who is attneding he/she doent know anything about there Product.

    I like Vodafone but i am shocked about there services now a days. One of your collegue Rehman and one lady in customer care doent know haow to speak to a customer and they are cheating there customer because they are breifed about the product or if they know but not be able to explain.

    Rehman messed up all my trust from Vodafone which now i want to deactivate Vodafone connection. I have his number also 09953810330. If some senior level person can spk to me over this i will think to stick with Vodafone otherwise i will make the payment of Rs. 908 and will discontinue from Vodafone.

    Question Cheap Customer Care Service!!!

    Hi all,
    I (Sundeep Sharma) am a very old user of Hutch, Which now known as Vodafone Now. I have two vodafone's no. 9582913026 & 9873133766 in those i have issues regarding connectivity. whenever i do try to send SMS all time status shows in Pending. For send a only SMS i have to switched off & Switched on my mobile Firstly. But my biggest concern is that when i did call to vodafone customer care many executive transfer my call on IVR & some of these gave me fake empathy only. It was arround 3-4 months ago. i am stiil facing the same problem but here is no body to help. I don't know what should i do Port-Out or Disconnection. If anybody have any good sugestion can revert me on SS0073312@techmahindra.com.

    Default Incoming call not received

    I have not received any incoming call on my under mentioned number in last 2 days.

    I had taken up the matter with Vodafone Customer care. As customer care representative suggested "remove the sim from phone and re-insert the same and switch on again". But the problem yet not cleared.

    Please check and confirm the reason.

    Hey Sourabh,

    Even me and my family is being tortured by these guys....they have taken all the numbers from my call list and call each and every one of them, regarding the payment.

    I closed my number 2 months back but I'm still charged with 1200 a month as the rental.......

    These guys are getting on the nerves. Some stupid girl calls me 10 - 15 times a day and abuses me for the payment.
