Dear Vodafone Representative,

I am using vodafone service from last 3.5 years in Pune. Before 6 months (in Jul 2011) i opt a SMS pack of 26, after 1 month i stop using the same and opt SMS pack of 66(in month of Oct 2011). Within 1 month i stop using that also because of very low SMS usage. 3 days before, i noted that my balance is reduced daily even without using any service from the vodafone(even not using the same for outgoing calls).

Today i called the customer care and asked for the same. I was surprised by listing there responce that i had subscribe for the SMS pack of 26 in month of Jul 2011 and 2 times subscribe SMS pack of 66 in month of Oct, Nov 2011. And the same is deducted from my balance on daily basis (around INR 5.2 per day). I got schoked after listning there response. I am not even khow nor any of the dealer with whome i used to recharged my mobile told me the same thing, that once you subscribe for any service then it will be activated on your number unless and untill you will not unscribre it manually

It is very rediculous, and fustrating. They are eating my money from last 6 month and approx they eated my INR 900.

I am going to consumer court for the same.
