Hey Vodafone ,
i applied for a postpaid connection 10 days back . and on the same day you took my 250rs. for activation .
then your executive for verification came at 8pm(now tell me is that official timings to verify kindly next time dont come at 1 am as people maybe having some family time together idiots .)
then i didnt let him in and he verified from outside the home and he told me that am verified positively and my no. will be activated as postpaid till next morning nothing happened though.
then i called your customer care up and they replied with verification was +ve and your number will activate till night . i called them up at night they said your verification was negative you have to go back to the store, as directed i went to the gurudwara road store of Gurgaon . that guy promised me that your person will come here next day or day after that and i gave him specific timings of 2pm to 5 pm which later was converted till 6 pm ..
no one came at my home for 3 days and i was waiting for them whole 3 days.(made me stay at my home and i cant go elsewhere). no one came .
All the time from 24th to 28th december i was talking to your nodal officer at the same time too and they just told me if no one came you will get instant refund of your money on the store.
I went to the store today morning told them that i had talked to nodal office and they said i will get instant refund as no one came and without any specific reason my verification was again negative.
they told me you will be refunded with the help of a cheque that will come on your address within 6 months . and now am thinking to go to the main consumer court of my area to file a legal complaint against you people who dont know how to work or dont want to work.
