hiii..this is ashok,i have a complaint regarding vodafone services,someone from costumer care called me,and told about caller tune,i have never told him to activate it,he himself activated of his own and raised log saying activated through service call,and deducted 180 rupees for 1year from my account,really i wonder who gave them the tag..happy to help,that never suits them,and i am facing network problem for about two months,they are not solving this,only giving dates....:-(
worst ever network i have seen in my life.customer care executes they never listen to the customer,about the problem,they keep on faking some new crap explanations,my no is 7799434834,andhra pradesh telecom circle,...kindly help me.
