    Thumbs down Vodafone Hyderabad

    Hi,

3 months back I switched from reliance to vodafone because of the offer they were providing me with 1gb of browsing free every month with the plan. I have an iphone 3gs. And now from past 5 days, I am not able to user gprs in my phone. When I contacted them regarding the issue, I came to know about a new thing all of a sudden "Now there would not be any free gprs for iphone users. Sorry for the inconvenience". Now I want to know 2 things :

    1) Why was there no intimation given to me via sms or a call while stopping the service suddenly which I was using for some very important tasks of mine?
    2) Why was it stopped in the middle of month suddenly?
