We have taken postpaid cards in the name of comapny,

The service to this card were absolutely pooer and confusing, so we wanted to convert post paid , into prepaid.

But everytime we go to VODAFONE J.B NAGAR GALLERY they will ask for additional documents ,theywill not say the things at one go,

They made us visit 10 times there gallery , neither they have service of collecting documents.

They accept the documents without checking it, and then they mail us you runshort of these documents, whole there system is wrong with lot of ego in it.

Please do the needful to resolve this type of service.
