Vodafone seems to be running some cheat business. Their customer support desk has bunch of idiots employed who don't even speak proper english.
I did 2 back to back recharges on same number and second one failed. However, they did take the money from my card. I called 3 times to customer service and each time they
have given me different response. Response form wait for 1 day it will get credited to system is down we can't take a request now to money will be automatically
refunded.
And, tese guys over phone don't understand english and its to hard to undersdtand them and make them understand. Company like vodafone has such bad customer service.
Not sure what can I do, but seems like a hard battle to get my money back.
Any ideas?
