Myself is Bimla, This is second time i have been cheated .

From Golbal direct which is authorised agent of Vodafone (i came to know later) came to office and home for new scheme atc.

I thot scheme is good , first time they took 300rs with me gave me a new card and said 300 rs will be adjust in first bill but nothing happened and i forget that issue.

Few months back again their executive came with scheme , where i will get intracalling new number and 3000/-worth assure gift of reebok item on payment of first bill.

When i went to ask for the gift voucher to vodafone store at goregaon east, they treated me very rudely like unless i submit pan card they will not hand over voucher where i am giving them passport copy.
2nd time again i went with pan card that time they demanded for photo , i went third time and finally go the vouvher from inorbit branceh and informed first time that i have to courier that vocuher to chandigarh which was informed earlier.
Anyways i courier voucher to chandigarh and ask for reebok bag, but months went and didnt receive any feedback, when i cal them they started shouting at me, i called chandigarh innovative office they too simply disconnected my call saying that pay next month bill then they think whether to give me gift which was very upseting.
i tried to complaint at customer care but nobody replied me politely infact many time i get a call from vodafone authorised agent talking rude, rubish. i wasted so much money calling vodafone,chandigarh Innnovative office,visitng vodafone .And finaly i got pissed off and decided don;t want gift and also i informed them to disconnect the number as i will not pay bill now after so much of harrasment.but they didnt listen to me didn't disconnected call and charging

Recently they deliverd sunglass where i ask for bag and now i dont want sunglass now ,,while reciving this i was out of india and my mom was not aware not to accept and not to give resident number, she unkhowling received and gave home number. Now this people harrasing me like anything and sedning me noitce instead. But now i am not gonna pay any bill nor do i want their useless gift.Please take action to it.harrasment level is increasing day by day.

i hope some action will be taken against them,,, but after facing so much torture i am not going to pay bill.
