    Hi
This is last ever mail or complaining letter i am writing to Vodafone regarding my my problem (multiple receiving of sms). On 16th of Jan 2012 i have replaced my SIM card from Burdwan Vodafone store. After that day i haven't got any sms for more than single time till 25th Jan 2012. but from 25th Jan evening my problem of receiving the multiple sms got started again.

The fact is that you people are not interest to solve my problem. I didn't get any call or mail from your side regarding my problem after receiving my mails also.

If you people are not able to solve my problem then just let me know. Its the last time i am requesting or writing to you for my problem. If my problem is not solved within 3 working days then i have to quit Vodafone.

    Regards

    Hi
This is the worst service i have ever got from vodafone. Only for the the service oriented problem I have switched my no from Airtel (after using the Airtel for 4 years) to Vodafone, when MNP facility started. But after writing to you about my problem 10 days is over and still it is not solved. I got a call from your representative seven days back. He told me that he will discuss about my problem with the technical team as well as with the seniors and get back to me within two days. I have been waiting since, but my problem still persists.

I am fed up. Today I am going to replace my SIM from the Burdwan Vodafone store. If my problem will not be solved within three working day then I have to think about the alternative.

Give me a proper feed back asap.

    Regards

    Subject: multiple receiving of sms

    Hi
I am Suman Kalyan Hati, my vodafone postpaid mob. no.- 9933389544. I am having a strange problem with the receiving of sms. I am getting a single sms for multiple times from last month. If any one ( any service provider except Vodafone or any company's system sms ) send me any sms , i am getting it for several times ( 5 - 10 times).
Even i am getting the sms on the next day same time when i got it first. I changed my handset as well as i checked all the settings of my mobile, but the problem remains same.

Regarding this problem I talked with the customer care. They told me to visit the vodafone store. I visited the vodafone store (Burdwan) on 28th Dec 2011. There the representative send one sms from her vodafone no. and I got it for a single time only. So she told that there is no problem with my SIM or system settings. My question is if I am getting all the service providers' sms as well as the service oriented sms of vodafone itself ( i.e. Bill information, feed back sms of IVR ) ; then is it the problem of all the service provider with me only!!!!

I am requesting you to please look into this matter and try to solve my problem otherwise it will be very difficult for me to use the no.

    Regards
    SUMAN KALYAN HATI
