    Mumbai based consumer of vodafone services. Using service since so many years.
    Very disappointed with the staff un-educated about their own services.

    My number has wrong plan activated without any intimation to me. And I used services considering it some other plan I was using earlier. Due to mis-communication from guy at vodafone store, I used the services and bill has gone upto 4200 which usually used to be under 1000.

    Even after a complaint at their so called corporate.assist@vodafone.com and vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com, NOTHING has happened. They just argued and were stuck to the thing that I have used the plan. Yes, I have used it but charges has come up due to some wrong plan in service.
    And they did not accept my words and some girl told me that she is gonna validate with the store regarding the communication I had with that guy and she was supposed to give me a call the next day. I think, she is still investing it, its 9-10 days since that call, I did not get another call.

    Why should I pay this extra money to them which is like 300% extra than my usual bills???

    Have posted through the link given. Let's see what happens this time.

    People usually call from vodafone just to acknowledge the receipt of complaint and argue their point or so... but when they are supposed to investigate and call back.. They DON'T!!!

    Default irritated service of vodafone.

    Dear Team,

    I am very sad to say that Vodafone co. has closed my existing plan before the expiry date, i am a non-transaction demo card holder of the co. before purchasing the card the co executive said there would be no transactions to do by this card but today suddenly co's policy got changed and they have terminated the service of non-transaction demo card holder by saying we didn't do any transaction that's y they have changed the plan to normal without any prior notice and message the co.

    I had mail to co but their representative said do whatever you want we are not able to do anything and then no any response from them.

    I am very sad due this kind of sudden changes of co policy and facing so much trouble because of non availability of proper guidance.

    I heartiest request to you to investigate the further and give me justice.

    Default Non transactional demo card is now normal card.

    Hello sir

    My name is Ramesh, i stay in mumbai. My problem is like for the past 2years i am using vodafone hdhdntransactional demo card and the service was very good but from 5 6 feb 2012 my service got deactivatesd i dont know why and it got converted into normal plan i spoke to vodafone executive but they are not helping me in that.

    Please do the needful, my demo card number is 9820177480.
