Mumbai based consumer of vodafone services. Using service since so many years.
Very disappointed with the staff un-educated about their own services.
My number has wrong plan activated without any intimation to me. And I used services considering it some other plan I was using earlier. Due to mis-communication from guy at vodafone store, I used the services and bill has gone upto 4200 which usually used to be under 1000.
Even after a complaint at their so called corporate.assist@vodafone.com and vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com, NOTHING has happened. They just argued and were stuck to the thing that I have used the plan. Yes, I have used it but charges has come up due to some wrong plan in service.
And they did not accept my words and some girl told me that she is gonna validate with the store regarding the communication I had with that guy and she was supposed to give me a call the next day. I think, she is still investing it, its 9-10 days since that call, I did not get another call.
Why should I pay this extra money to them which is like 300% extra than my usual bills???
