    Default Vodafone OutGoing Calls Blocked

    Hi,
    I am Divya. The outgoing calls are blocked from my Vodafone Number without any reason. When i called Customercare they told me, they will raise a request and solve within 2 days. Now two days over , now when i called them they have raised another request. What is this, only raising the request , they are not ready to solve the problem.

    Actually i was an airtel customer, changed the connection one month back through number portability. First time when i made a call to vodafone customer care , they told me please contact Airtel customer care, they have blocked the calls. But when i called airtel customer care they told me there is no Balance due and also they have no option to bar the number.
    Now i am a vodafone customer, so it is their duty to solve this issue. In my openion the vodafone customer service is very Bad. I never promote a person to take vodafone connection.

    I have shared my Number. Please look into this issue as soon as possible.
    Now it is too late(2.5 days).
    I find this absolutely pathetic! I'm almost ready to change my mobile connection, but that's not an easy task.

    I will file case in court against you.
    Since my outgoing is barred from 31s January without any prior notice. You people promised it will resolve in 24 hours, But still not resolved.

    Also i have sent the copy of airtel receipt with Aluva office, but they are also not responding in proper way.
