Hi,

My name is rahul sharma. I am using a Vodafone postpaid connection( 9999496131 ) . In my last bill they have charged an extra amount because of thier wrong commitment.
I inquired some new talk plans and requestd to activate them from my new billing cycle period and requested them to deactivate the old talk plans.
they said they will do that. but wen the new bill generated, they charged those deactivate(requested) plans as well .
I hav already lodge a complaint against this a month ago and received a call from around 10-11 exectuive but still has not received any solution.

PLease help
