    Default Vodafone Postpaid-Regarding Bill Payment

    Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to bring to your kind knowledge of your good-self that my name is Javed Akhtar and I live at Jamia Nagar, New Delhi as I was using Vodafone Postpaid Number 9711155189 last few months before.

This is to inform you that I was using the number last 3 months and I had made 2 months bill payments, in next month suddenly the number had got stopped and unable to call to anyone by the number. I did not need the number when one Vodafone Service Employee called me at my IDEA Number and asked about their schemes that they have a good plan for me, but they did not tell all the necessary things which is like security money that I will have to pay or such a another things. After my confirmation for activation of the number he told me that you have to pay Rs.250/= as a security money and when you will deactivate the number the money will be reimbursed to you. As I am not satisfied with their services and already made fool by him that I decided to deactivate the number and then I told that my security money adjusts in my Bill and then the remaining amount I will pay you. As I am very much puzzled by them they were told me that the security money will be adjust after 6 months and not in 3 months and if I will deactivate the number before 6 months the security money will not be reimburse.

As their caller told me to pay the money then I told that I will be paid all my dues in 5 to 10 days and also wanted to deactivate the number but they were advising me that please do not deactivate the number and not giving that how to deactivate it. Today I got a call from my home that a man from Vodafone came to receive the bill money. As they already made me fool and had called to many times to my secretary about it and the secretary also told that the payment will be made after some days.

There was no need to come at my home to collect the money. As they know very well about that I will not present at the home.

Who gave permission them to come at my home and ask about me whatever? Why they insulted me to visit my home and talked to my mother without respecting.

As I am very responsible person and live there since my birth, nobody have rights to insult to anyone of my family.
