    Angry Vodafone prepaid mobile service complaint

    I'm subscriber of vodafone & my no. is 9953705669. the copany is offer GPRS in recharge of Rs.95 with out any extra charge. but i'm recharged my phone with rs.95 but company doesn't sending the settings of GPRS . then i'll go to vodafone store they provide me settings of GPRS. i'll surfing internet on my handset company will be charge money @ 10p/10kb.customercareexecutives don't take the any call of mine

    My 130 minuters remove without reasone and kind of service activate in my no.. I have complaint to vodafone coustomercare, nodal officers & aplleate officer date 30 august 2010 but i have no positive responce till date. I think vodafone service is so durty service provider.

    Smile Prepaid complaint

    I am using Vodafone Prepaid Card no 9619404551 / 2 both no. since 7 days Back on My prepaid card Vodafone had deactived Caller id service due to unkown reason. today after 7 days i got sms to resubmit again all the required document at their nearest store.
    My complaint is how a services provider can first deactive the service and after 7 days send the message for the required documents. I want the Proper action taken against them .
    Bcoz as per the rule 1st They have to Send the Message and call the Customer For the Reuired document and give the time limitation after that they can deactivate any service or even mobile Number due to non submition of documents but in my case they had even not message me for 5days. and even i call their customer care center they kept me on hold for 30mits to give me proper feedback and even after that they were not ready to take any responsiblity for the same inconvinience caused to me.and for call them i was charged 0.50p per 3 mts so i also want the same to be credited in my account back as they kept me on hold or for nearly 30mts.
    Therefore I request you to please look in to the matter and take action against vodafone prepaid department and oblige me.

    Hi,
    I have been using my vodafone number since last 3 years, suddenly today the vodafone service providers ahve deactivated my number without informing me, after making call to vodafone customer care executive , they replied that your documents are not submitted with us so we have deactivated your mobile service.
    How i have been using the services since last 3 years withour document ?
    I have submitted all the necessary documents 3 yrs back while taking connection and passing all the verifications.

    PLease help me to file a complain against Vodafone.

    there is some problam in my set so i went to the spice mobile delar and told him about problam then he sent the mobile for service center and said me that you take your mobile in 21 days but now 27-09-2010 55 days let go but still delar said that the mobile is in service center so what i do know

    on 10.09.2010 i recharge with Rs. 555/- recharge voucher vide my Transaction Referance No. MCIT0093724322, i received the full taik time + additional Rs. 45/- as per your scheme (i.e 555 pe 600 ka talk time)

    But on 04.10.2010 morning i tries some of my business call i suddenly knew that i have 0 (zero) balance , i surprised how it possible cause as on 3rd Oct i thing my balance is around Rs. 555+

    i enclsoed vodafone online verification and confirmation mail from your side for you ready referance.

    i do not have any balances do any call..

    My vodafone no .too has been abruptly disconnected ,i suggest , brake the sim into 2 and choose another operator like me, the vodafone people wont pay attn to our complaint unless there connections become less,teach them a lesson .........now.......................... U disconnect them

    Angry Tata Docomo prepaid mobile services,regarding call barring activated.....

    Sir/Madam,
    I have been using my Tata Docomo prepaid number 7275739056 since 10/08/2010,Suddenly dtd.21/09/2010, the Tata Docomo service provider have closed my outgoing call facilities, without infomimg me,that is why I am going great loss, after making call to Tata docomo customer care executive, they replied that your document are not submitted with us so we have closed your out going call facilities.
    I have submitted all relevant document first time (10/08/2010) to the retailer when I buy this connection,
    Dated 23/09/2010 & 28/09/2010 two time resubmit relevant document to retailer also, but still my problems is not resolve.
    There fore I request you to please look into the matter and take action against Tata Docomo prepaid mobile department and inform me also.

    Angry complaint regarding deduction of caller tune charges without any demand for the same

    Dear Sir,

    I am a regular customer of your company for the last one year. Yours is such a big and renowned company. This is for the 2nd time that Rs 30/- have been deducted from my balance for caller tunes. I want to know the procedure by which this facility is activated or deactivated. moreover I want to deactive the caller tune facility because 24 hrs are not passed the facility is activiated .after my deduction for the first time I had never picked the company calls. Even then the same problem. moreover there is no easy access to complaint centre. I am really fed up of this problem. This way you are forcing me to cancel my connection or go for some other way.

    Hi,
    I have been using my vodafone number since last 8 years, 2 days ago the vodafone service providers have deactivated my number without informing me, after making call to vodafone customer care executive , they replied that your documents are not submitted with us so we have deactivated your mobile service.
    i had submitted all the required documents 2 months ago.
    Why do i have to re-submit everything? the customer service people initially told you havent submitted then they tell me ur documents are not valid so we have deactivated your services.
    What were these people doing for 2 months...? do i have to submit documents monthly!

    PLease help me to file a complain against Vodafone.

    My no is 8053227533.a service activated by your side on this No.and 30 rupees charge for this service i also call in customer care they did not solve my problem pls solve the problem and give me my balance back.i call in customer care 5 times but they tell me your call trf. to senior but they not take call after waiting 30 minutes and disconnect the call.
    This is 2nd time in this month my balance is deduct without any cause.
    pls solve this matter and give my balance back otherwise i close this no.

    My vodafone number is 9953912300. I had got a balance of Rs. 2000 filled in my sim. I have not made a single call but have subscribed to callertunes. It's charge is Rs. 30 per month but now my remains a mere Rs. 24. I would appreciate if this problem is resolved as soon as possible.

    Default False balance deductions on my prepaid number

    Hi,

    Vodafone is a fraud n doesnt value for long time relationships with customers.
    I have been facing a hell lot of issues in the recent past with vodafone billing and customer service.
    My phone number is 9674866584. Am a prepaid user and balance keeps getting deducted for no reason.
    I called up the customer care N number of times to get my Vodafone mobile connect and GPRS deactivated.
    Everytime i call up the customer service they give a request number and asks me to wait for 24 hours to get the service deactivated.
    But they are cheaters. Vodafone mobile connect gets never deactivated on my phone which i am informed through another customer service representative.

    The last request i raised was # 1055881358

    And the most ridiculous part is that today i got to know they cannot see any request for deactivation of Vodafone mobile connect raised from my end.
    I have constantly called up them up to report that my balance is getting deducted even when am not making any outbound calls.
    I dont know how they never understood to disconnect the internet services which i never requested for. As per Vodafone cust care the internet service gets automatically
    turned on everytime i restart my phone. Does that mean that every time i switch off my phone and switch it on ihave to call up the customer service to get all the unwanted service deactivated ??
    This is simply disgusting and unacceptable. I have been using vodafone connection for the past 6 years now.
    But if this is the kind of service they provide, Then i guess i have to term them fraud and switch over to a better mobile connection

    I Sachin dev using vodafone no. 9582458685. first time i port that no. into Aircel but after some time feel that not good for me so i m
    again port into vodafone but my outgoing is not activated since 19 -may-2011,till 11-june-2011.
    when i contact costumer support or vodafone store they told me that my no. all services are activated but i cant able to making call.
    the error is that " your vodafone account not activated plz contact costumer care .

    my vodafone mobile no is 9888464738 . few day ago i used free internet service of company on mobile . but company cut my balance of rs 75, i am call the custmer care and submit complant they told me that your balance will be refund to you in one to two days but six day ago my balance is nota refund
    i have contacted the Customer Care Services a number of times. But nobody is solved my compliant. I hope you will kindly consider my request and arrange refund of the deducted amount from Reliance company, otherwise I compelled to quit the services of vodafone GSM.
