I am G Chaitanya Varma, a customer of Vodafone Data Card. i have purchased this USB datacard four months ago i.e. in the month of September 2011. am repeatedly recharging the said data card but unfortunately not able to use as it is not getting connected.
whenever i call the customer care i get to know that a call back will be arranged to resolve the issue but never ever they had given a call back on my alternate number 9908663800.
today i.e. on 18-01-2012 when i get in touch with Mr. Shanker and Miss Radha the customer care executives, i am asked to take the data card with the laptop am using to the vodafone office in Begumpet, Hyderabad. as they will not arrange any technical person visit to the customer place.
To summarize my complaint: none of the executives are properly responding to the complaint. asking me to regularly recharge the number but no usage.
(Vodafone is a useless service provider)
