Hi

I would like to file a complain against vodafone services, under these services i received a message from vodafone for download a song at 1 ruppee simply. But when i used this service i didn't get any message, alert or any notification that 5 rs. weekly or during access charges will be deducted. Now the charges are deducted by the provider(vodafone) on weekly basis without any notification.
Suddenly i get realised after 15 days that charges are deducted from my balance.


Could you please help me out.
