Hi,
I am holding a Vodafone Postpaid connection. I am using this number from the last two months. Within this short period i have faced so many problems. I am listing those below.
1) Customer care people can’t provide any kind of service for the corporate CUG.
2) When i have requested to add mobile GPRS pack their response is too worst. After sending 4 mails and 5 calls to customer care finally they have added this value added service after 15 days from the requested date and they charged 99 Rs/- flat rental.
3) Without any information they have bared my outgoing calls. After discursion with customer care people i come to know that unused bill is exceeding the credit limit. But i haven't used even 10 to 15 Rs/- for outgoing calls, all most of the unused amount is been charged for Data usage (internet usage @ 10kb/10P). When the data plan is in active mode how they have calculated this unbilled amount as Current outstanding. Regarding the same i have sent mails and raised requests through customer care. But the response from them is poor. After 10 days yesterday they have resolved this issue. But for these days also i am going to pay rental in next month bill.
I am deciding to fight against their poor service and irresponsibility. i want to highlight their irresponsibility in consumer form with all proofs. Guide me how can i approach consumer form.
