I am (Deepak Jain) having Vodafone prepaid 9953542634. Again all of my balance (about 600 INR) has been detected last night and when I called to customer care at 111 got to know due to GPRS use it has been detected. How ridiculous it happed second time with me. Last month about 168 INR has been detected even I don’t surf net in night but my 1 gb data for has been over at mid night then I don't know why vodafone sucked my all remaining balance.



Can you please let me know that is anybody there to hear problem? And help me out for get my balance back If there is no solution then please let me know the procedure for number portability.
