My self Manoj Kumar, bearing the mobile no of Vodafone is 9873665803. From the bill of May- Jun 2010, they have raised illegal vodafone live charges against my bill without my any request. When i object this matter through Costomer care , they not accept my complaint and they disconnect my Adon No 981635803 for the payment of previous bill of 9873665803 which was raised to Rs aprrox Rs 1450/- which was very illegal.But i have deposited this amount to Vodafone to to be free from Vodafone and i request to disconnect this my no. But next month they have raised again Rs 295/ . When i Complaint to Cosomer Care they said ur no is continue and i have to pay. Again i request to Disconnect my no 9873665803 and they have compelled me to deposit Rs 295.and i have deposited also with again request to Disconnect my no 9873665803.and the costomer care executive has assured me that ur no services has been deactivated . But again i have received the bill of Aug 2010 of Amt rs 548/- which is totally baseless however i have not used a sinle second of Mobile. When i i approch the c. care, they have ignored my complaint and said to pay this amount along with the balance amount which will be raised in next bill.
Sir, i m requestin to stop such practices by these private companies which r harrassing the people and trying to collect baseless money.
