Hi,

My outgoings were barred because of non payment of bill for last month. I made cash payment of Rs 3100 at 11pm at the Vodafone kiosk on July 22. The same was acknowledged by the service provider through an automated message at 6am on July 23, 2010 but my outgoing did not resume. I called the helpline at 930am and requested to resume the outgoing. I was assured that it will start in min 30mins and maximum 2 hours. When it did not resume till 12noon I made another call and was assured again that it will resume in 2 hours. It did not resume till 2:30pm hence I made a call again and was assured that it will resume in 2 hours again. By now I was totally frustrated, with meetings outside i had no other way to reach out to people. But when it did not get activated by 530pm again I made a call. Spoke to an executive called Anis Shaikh who said that it is Vodafone's fault and that the services will resume at the earliest. I requested to speak with his superior but was denied. Now at 540pm I am completely frustrated and writing on this portal.
