I am a vodafone Customer since last 5-6 years.
I lost my phone( mobile number 9899403166) and therefore requested a duplicate sim on 17th of June 2010 , which i was promised would be sent to me within 24 hrs.I requested the sim on an alternate address as I am a working woman and most of the time there is noone at my billing address to recieve my couriers n posts.
After apologising n regretting the delay for 17 days , on 3rd of July 2010 finally i was informed that since I hav requested the sim card delivery on an alternate address , therefore it cant be done and was asked to collect the sim from the vodafone store in person,(I wonder why i wasnt told about it on 17th of june 2010 when i made the call first time.).wasting lot of time in traffic n standing at the vodafone hours waiting for my number to come for more than one and a half hour I finally got to meet the represenattive (waseem)
at Sant Nagar Vodafone store.Again explaining him the whole story I finally gave up and asked for my duplicate sim, which was given to me and I was promised that it wil b activated withing 2-4 hours.after waiting for 24 hrs on 4th of July 2010 I call up the Customer care again , only to know that i have to again go and collect the sim in person.I asked to transfer my call to a superior and was made to spoke to a floor supervisor ( may be parmeet ), who listened to me and promised activation within 2 hours , and also promised he wil himself call on the number to check, but still my phone is not activated.TOday on 5th of July I again called uo the Customer care , Only to be told I have been a wrong sim card therefore I have to go and again collect the sim from a vodafone store.
I have been Harassed and tortured Mentally by the Vodafone customer care, floor supervisors and the store managers.Your customre care is a failure as they are not there to help but to trouble the Customers.
