This is to informed you that I have 2 connection nos.7860104222 / 9889066415 taken from your Rohan Communication, Chowk,Lucknow .

Mr.Jitendra given me pakage Rs.199+48 rental and Rs.199 for free talk value rental and Idea to Idea 0.15 Paisa and other mobile 0.25 paisa but my bill was showing 0.50 paisa between Idea to Idea and other mobile.

In mobil displaed after first call the massage received Rs0.50 paisa per call then I talk to Mr.Jitendar listen my quary after that he had not give any satisfactory reply and he ask me you give me some time to check out but I have 25 nos. call given to Mr.Jitendar No.9532667280 and Chowk office no.9616851758 Riya and Sana but not pick the phone.

I have received the written plan given by your employ.

Please suggest me what can I do.
