I am using relaince gsm from last 5,6 months and want to tell you guys that your network coverage is poor even as poor that i have never seen such poor coverage from any service provider.I lived in east delhi, Where the network coverage of every service provider is very good except than your and Most important, i have my office at noida phase 2, Where today i am not getting even a single line of network...So, Guys not make your ads based on your network that you have the best network coverage where as you are not even close to average..You are just fooling the peoples.I am really disappointed and really fed up now from your service.Bye

I am Rajan from Chandigarh, and unfortunately I "was" user of Reliance gsm. Reason ?? Wow, sms pack for just Rs11 a month..!! I bought a reliance sim for Rs 5 and i was so happy.
Well..That was the last time i was happy about having a reliance sim.

1. Pathetic service,
2. customer care number always busy, impossible to get connected to an executive,
3. signal at full level outside the home (if you are in good coverage zone) but as soon as you enter inside, no signal level at all,
4. recharge request always fail, have to call the number and fill the recharge code,
5. It hangs your mobile all the time. I used reliance sim in Nokia N72, Nokia 6630, Intex dual sim. All cellphones hang when i send a text message or request balance on screen. I checked all these cellphones with other gsm sims, they all worked well,
6. Large area comes under "no signal zone" than the coverage area. Check signal when you travel in car. Signal drops and goes, then comes back for an instant and same repeats.
7. SMS service - too economical but useless. At night time ( 8.30 pm to 11 pm), never even expect that your text message will be delivered. Some of these text messages will be delivered next day early morning. Other text messages are titled "FAILED".
8. Voice quality - very poor. When i call someone, i can hear my voice coming back to me with little delay with lots of disturbance ( some humming sound ).
9. GPRS setting for most of the cellphones is not available with Reliance database. When i requested GPRS setting, it says "Sorry, no settings found for this cellphone",
10. Last but not least, It eats your cell battery all the time because your cellphone keeps searching for the signal all the time. Better to carry extra battery when you use Reliance sim.

Now im using Vodafone and trust me friends, this is the best GSM service provider.

I have never see such a big careless company like Reliance mobile.
reliance have issued the SIM to local agents and they(agents) take the money from the customer and never give the SIM to the customer nor their money.when customer ask for the SIM they promise to give in next two days.but they don't give.after 15 days they said we resigned the agency.Some time they change the office and they are not ready to give new address.

now a days reliance GSM sim becomeing worst network.

I have recently ported to reliance gsm service from reliance cdma. From the day one I have network issues. The worst part is there is not a single line of network coverage at my office. Called reliance customer care many times but the issue is not resolved, they do not even care. Worst network and request all not to port to reliance gsm.
