My Name is Jai Prakash and I am Prepaid Customer of Reliance and my mobile No 9026619575.
On 15-6-2010 I activated a service of Rs 5/- for using internet for 01 day/50 MB as confirmed by coustomer care and i got a confirmation sms and Rs 5/- deduct from my main account. Then i connect my phone to net and use net for 15 to 20 minutes and i got a msg from unknown number that i have insufficient balance and i checked my balance and it was 0.09 paisa i call customer case and he gave me complaint number (129346544) again i recharged my account with Rs 150/- and try to use net again Rs 135/- deduct from my main account again i call coustomer care again they give me a complaint number (129365896) and today i got a sms that your complaint has resolved and i check my balance but no balance have been refunded to my account then i call coustomer care and he tell me that you have use net and the balance deducted against usage of net. But " I ONLY WANT TO KNOW THAT WHY NOT MY NET USAGE CHARGES DEDUCT FROM MY NET USAGE ACTIVATION PACK OF 50 MB" but they give no reply several times i call coustomer care and they put me on hold for hours.
I want my Rs. 270/- back as there is no default of mine.
