BUT, BELIEVE ME SIR, I DIDN'T ACTIVATE THOSE PACKS. I ALREADY DEACTIVATE THE CRICKET PACK. YOU PLEASE DEACTIVATE ALL THE PACKS OF MY NUMBER & REFUND THE BALANCE PLEASE.

Dear sir, i posted a complaint on 21th august as the heading WRONGLY BALANCE DEDUCTION ON RELIANCE GSM. It the post i informed you that balance was deducted on 19th august. But, it was actually deducted on 21th august at morning. So, sir, Please refund the balance and deactivate those packs from my number.

i m RACHIT JAYNA from gzb using reliance gsm card no. 9555211179. and i m facing a problem related to mozilla 20 20 cricket pack ..i have lost my hundreds of balance by deducting rs. 5 daily on silly cricket pack.....approx. 2 months passes away i have been file a complaint to reliance customer care and they are not able to deactivate the cricket pack pack...many times i have called to customer care and all the executives gave me wrong steps to deactivate it by sms or by surfing on net through mobile.....so its a humble request dont use reliance and plz ...help me out ......

Reliace communication are cheaters and always cheats,

i have one gsm no. of reliance is 7877377297 on name of Anirudh Agrawal from jaipur,Rajasthan.so in regarding this no i have complain that yesterday(Dated: 19-10-10)
my balance was 76.20 rs. Today(20-10-10) when i woke up today and i checked balance and it was 45.20 rs and there was one msg timing 6.15 am. msg was something related to some service activated of live chat etc etc.but i didnt activated this service and infact i hav DND service activated.so no chance of ivr call or any scheme or service msg.
when i talked to customer care executive he says u have activated which is not possible anyways.
& this problem i am facing is not first time.
so overall thing is that i want to solved my problem by returning my balance of rs 30. or i want details.so i can take action if u dont return my bal.

my name is pradeep reddy. my mobile number is 9014830240.

i lost 60/- in within 2 days. but i didn't get the correct information from customer care..

on the 28th i lost 30/- at 12.40..

customer care people is said the correct information about that..
i got IVR call by mistake key is pressed so 30/ was deducted.. i got the messages for that offer and all other details about deduction...

it is ok no problem but

on the next day again i lost 30/-

when i called to customer care they said u had activated through IVR call..

but i did't get IVR call..

one person said at 8.00 am u had activated..
another person said 12.34pm

what is it????

i didn't get even messages for that offer.....???
i think in any network must and should after the activate the account messages should be come related to that...
but is is not there???


why???


who will solve my problem???????

what sir shall we use this reliance network or not????? tell me sir???

even correct information is also not given by the customer care. then what is the use of customer care?????????

Complaining here is just a wasting of time. Rather you should scold or scream to Relience customer care.

Though they will not return your money but at least "Gali deke dil ko to thoda sukun mil jayega".
Today I did that for Rs 100 unknowingly cut from main balance .

Reliance is turning out to be a beggar. activating any plan on its own and when we call customer care says u have activated the plan. My suggestion is that do not use reliance.. i'm posrting out of it..

my relaince gsm number is 9024816878, and i'm very dissatisfied by the way you people are fraudulantly cheating your customers, my balance was being continously deducted from account and i used to wonder why ? then some people who have been cheated by you people told me that reliance activates services by itself. So today I called up your customer care and to my surprise when i asked which services are activated on my number ONE SERVICE WAS ACTIVATED IN MARCH AND ONE IN APRIL... SO RELIANCE IS MINTING MONEY BY SUCH FRAUD METHODS . THE SERVICES ACTIVATED WERE
1) voice chat
2) cricket score
3) no money will be refunded(this was most emphasised)


now that was news for me.when i said i havent activated these services , the wise guy siting on customer care said that i have activated these services ,, how preposterous , when i said i haven't the wise customer care told me that i may not be aware... such a fraud ,, cheating is being done by you people in an open manner

1)I WANT THESE SERVICES TO BE DEACTIVATED RIGHT FROM TODAY

2) I just want the details that if i have activated voice chat i must have used it, i want all the details

3) I want the details when did i activate the cricket services


I will go to the consumer court as soon as i receive the details , SINCE YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MR.WASIM HAD SAID IT VERY CLEARLY THAT THE MONEY DEUCTED FROM MY BALANCE FOR THESE SERVICES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED...
HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE CHEAT CUSTOMERS SO OPENLY

For past few days I have been noticing that I am getting the cricket update and news update on my phone regularly. I did not notice if previously my account was deducted or not but today I noticed that Rs 30/- has been deducted from my account. On searching on the internet I found that this is a problem with many GSM users. I request reliance to refund my money that is deducted fraudulent way. There is no mention on the internet on how to deactivate it. This is really bad o part of reliance gsm no doubt it has got the highest losers due to mobile number portability.One would more be added to the list if not corrected.

Although she did not accept that there may be fault on her side but on my insistence she has logged my complaint and have assured me that it'll be resolved within 3 working days .Looking forward to it, will update on it as it happens.
