Dear Sir,

My Reliance CDMA no is 93771 78811. I have deactivated my 40rs SMS pack on 06.07.2010. In responce got confirmation for the same from Reliance. I called to Custome care to get the confirmation for the same & got the info that The scheme is deactivated.(Call on 07.07.2010 Between 2.45 to 3.15PM)

After that I activated SMS pack of 20Rs. I have both the msg with me.

Now Reliance have made autorenewal of SMSpack of 40rs. Though I have Deactived that scheme.

I talked to Rupal Dave from Higher Level for 45min on 09.07.2010, She dined to register my complain & Also refused to give credit for this wrongly cdebited charges.

Do the needful.
