Dear sir , i m ketan using reliance GSM , my no. is 8010109390 in the evening my bal is Rs 26 & when i check my bal it was in negative term i.e, Rs -3. then i talked to customer care that i send message to activated the service but from my side no message is sent to them & this is not the first time they blame to me that i sent message to them for the activation of the service and every time they charged something from me and yesterday when i talk to to the senior he talked in very rudely manner so in the last i want to say that please take strict action towards them & the service is also not so good & i also facing too many problems so its the request from you to give your kind attiention towards this . thanking you ketan
