Sir,
I have bought a Lenovo laptop LENOVO 3000 G430M 4153 AEQ , Machine Serial No.: EB10446972 on 20th March 2009 in Darjeeling, West Bengal. While purchasing I received one year additional warranty as a free gift from the company Lenovo India. As per the company’s terms and conditions I have done all the formalities to avail the additional warranty but now it’s more than 16 months it has not been updated in their website. I have been sending reminders every month but still it has not been updated. Every time when I send them reminders through email they assure me it has been updated or will be updated after 3 - 4 days but it’s never done till now. At present my laptop is in said one year additional warranty period but the company has not registered my laptop yet, so will I get the full one year additional warranty on the day they register my laptop.
I have done a lot to avail the additional warranty myself but they did not respond to me therefore I have approached you for helping me out in solving this matter.
