I am a customer of Airtel dish tv , while I purchased this connection on 16 Oct 2009 I had faith and believe that I am going to use a best network and service. But I was wrong as I faced so many problems and I tried to resolve all but really I am surprising that after so many called to customer care I did not get any solution except a comments “we will resolve your problem soon” I called to customer care more than 100 times and get the same reply every time.

whenever there is a little bit of Clouds overhead then reception of Channels stops, I had complained about that then I got the reply that they cannot do anything as it is a problem from Satellite. OK

Now I am facing a little bigger problem from 19 Aug 2010 I am not able to receive maximum of my Channels it is around more than 30 Channels which I use to view, I thought it might be a temporary Problem but when till 22 Aug 2010 I was not able to get those Channels I called Customer care and told to lodge a complain for Problem I am facing. They told me “we will resolve your problem soon” the complain No was 3628062 Dt 22 Aug 2010.

When my problem was not resolved then again I called them on 23 Aug 2010 & told them to lodge one more complain again they told “we will resolve your problem soon” this time the complain No was 3634473 Dt 23 Aug 2010.

Again on 24 Aug 2010 I called them this time they told there is no need to lodge complain again and again as they will resolve my problem against my previous complains.

Today 26 Aug 2010 at 1600Hrs an Engineer came from their side and told that I will be charged 100 Rs as visiting charge, I didnt agreed to pay and the person went back, I called customer care and asked about that and they told that it will be deducted from my account. Now I want to know that when I have already paid for these channels & I am not able to get my Channels then instead of resolving the problem at earliest they are coming after 5 days from the day I have lodged my complain and they are asking money from me only. I had paid for those Channels now it is their responsibility that I should get the Channels if I will not pay even for a single day they will dis-continue my services then when I have paid why I am not able to receive my Channels. Though I have paid for the Channels Because of this problem, I am not able to watch my Cricket Matchs & other favourite programs.
