Anusha Indane Gas Co., B.S.K. 2nd Stage, Bangalore.
I am the customer of Indane Gas bearing, My gas agency is selling gas through, gas deliver boy in black, they are not delivering the gas on time, even though if we book the gas on time they take time to deliver 20 to 30 days, near by my house other Indane gas agencies are delivering within a week from the date of book. I request concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the gas distributor, to clear the problems.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm user of this gas agency every time I book they would give reasons for not taking the booking, once booked the delivery is unknown as a senior citizen, I unable to run around for the same.
I find lot of difficulty in booking & delivery.
Kindly look into this & take necessary audit action on the same.

We are also the customer of Anusha indane gas retailer.
The service provided from the retailer is pathetic. We get the gas after minimum 2-3 weeks of booking and also only after repeated calls to them.
Even on repeated calls we are been told that it will be delivered the same day (with a sarcastic laugh) but will fail to do so.
Kindly take some action to rectify the problem.
Also is somebody listening to our problems here ?
