Dear Sir

I had received AVA Merchandising catalogue from ICICI Bank Credit card Statement. I have ordered one product ( Codei114) and they have debited 1990/-+100/- from my card immedialtely and informed me that it will be delivered within 21 days. But after 21 days when I asked them then they came everytime with new excuse that they dont have product or they have some fight by Courier Services. Today they indfomred me indirectly that they are not allowed to giev you money back or wait for another 10 days and then they may see to given back my money. Otherwise they said that I can go to anywhere and they will not giev my money or product.

I dont know what to do. Please take somne action so that I can get my product or my money immediately.
