I have taken a Home loan. I have applied for preclosure of this loan on 03rd
Aug 2010 and paid the DD for the pending loan amount. I have been informed by the customer service person that I will get the documents within 15 to 20 days. when I asked them why such delays, they said the document has to come from Mumbai. On 28th august I went and enquired but documents have not come. On 6th sept again I went and enquired. the response was documents not reached.
I am loosing interest of 12 lac which I have paid. If there is a delay in repayment of one day, the interest is debited by them forthwith, but will axis bank pay the interest to me
My loan account No is PH 0090100112907 it is with Axis Bank, Bangalore.
I have talked to Ms. chendane and Ms. Deepika in person.
