i own bsnl sim card (prepaid connection) .
on 3 - 6 -2010 bsnl had deducted my balance without any reason.
i had complaint against that in bsnl (complaint number - rf0301106).
till 1-7-2010 no reason or my bal has been returned.

and secondly on 26-6-2010 70rs had been deducted for that also no reason had been given.

what should i do ?
