On 12/09/2009 I purchased Bata Shoes from Bata Shop. Within a week the upper part of shoes torn off. Shopkeeper refused to accept waranttee with excussion that only lower part (sole) comes under waranttee.

On Wed, 16/12/09, I send copy of cash memo via email to Bata Customer Care. I regret no action was taken so far from Bata Co.

I think cash memo itself can speak everything that company needs. In spite of this, I gave all details required by the Bata Shoe Company.

Its around 8 months no action was taken from Bata Shoes Company.
