i have sent one packet via blazeflash courier dated 7th aug '10 having packet no 112724537 to following address WaterHealth India ,# 9-7, Sy. No. 308/1, Nagaram, Keesara Mandal, Hyderabad Urban - 500 083, AP, India. After one week when i enquired from the blazeflash office i was told that my packet was returned back to delhi because of their no service on the given address...The packet was returned without giving me a call on my number which i had already given on that packet..they even didnt called upon the hyderabad's no...when i asked them to return back my packet to kota , where i am currently putting in..after numerous repeated calls to the blazeflash office in faridabad , my problem was not solved...i talked to manager over there too ..but still nothing was done....i have also sent a complaint online to them but still was not able to know about whereabouts of my packet..the packet contains important official dox , which if not delivered on time will have to face monetary losses....Now even blazeflash and it's officials are not picking my phone...it's more than seventteen days without any lead about my packet...i just want to lodge a complaint against them even if i get my packet ..as employee over there were bad outhed , irresponsible and completely unhelping...i just want law to teach these irresponsible firm a lesson , and to cover my lost due to abovesaid reasons....please let me know the procedure asap , as i dont want to let them befool other customer...
