i booked a courier of my computer which includes a 17" inch lg moniter,the cpu,and ups from the dtdc centre located at royal tower,Shipra suncity,Indirapuram which was to sent at ranchi addess.they charged a total sum of rs 1557/- inclusive of packing charges(reciept no:Z68465897,dated-31/5/08).The goods were recieved in a badly damaged stste.the moniter was damaged beyond repair and not in a condition to be recievd.the cpl and ups, although damaged badly, was recieved.the sealed package was opned at the ranchi office in the presence of there staff.Inspite of all they have not taken any action from last two years.
