Hello Sir/Madam,

I have to register a complain against a consultancy-"Easy Search" in Rajender Place.

My name is Akhil Anand. I am a Aerospace Engineer from Amity University passed out in 2009 with first division. I am 22 yrs. Old. Currently i am a Govt. employee & working in a Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Opp. Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi 110003.

I am appointed here through Easy Search, a consultancy in Rajender Place. Now DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) is paying to the Consultant approx. Rs25,000/- as my salary but the consultant is giving me only Rs14,500/- currently.

I have joined the DGCA in December 15, 2009 and for the first 3 months he gave me Rs12000/- and he had given me a letter on behalf of his company. I have that letter and there is no such promise made by me that he will give a described amount of money.

Now what i want to know that is this right that he is giving me approximately half of the money that DGCA is giving him for my work. Is there any action that can be taken against consultancy?

I know i am complaining too late but believe me i just get to know that DGCA is giving him Rs25000/-. I tried to ask the authority in DGCA who is issuing the check to that Consultancy Owner, Mr N Gujral but the authority refused me to tell anything about it.

Now i hoping from you because i am being get cheated by the consultancy for the last eight months. Please show me the right way to complain against Mr N Gujral.
