I have a LG window AC. My AC is in AMC till 15th April 2010. I am register a complaint to LG customer care on 6th March 2010. Somebody visited my house & check my AC, then he find that AC motor is not working properly & display is also not working. After some days he come again in my house & replace the parts but the parts is not as per our AC model. I refuse that I am not accepting the alternative parts please arrange the actual parts of my AC model. I am in touch with LG & Dealer also but no one is able to give satisfactorilly answer to me & I think he want's to pass my AMC period & then surrender.
