Hi,
I had my very URGENT courier which was suppose to get delivered from Banglore to Mumbai.The courier came during my office hours on the mentioned day and I was not avaliable so they left me a note with the contact numbers on it.When I contacted them they mentioned that they can deliver it the next day again in the evening between 3 to 6 (which is my office hours)So we concluded that either I can collect it from the office located in Ghatkoper or I can wait till the third day when they would be able to deliver to me in the morning when I am avaliable at home.So I took there address and asked them to keep it in the office so that if I come then they can hand it over to me.And in case I couldnt make it then they always have an option of delivering it to me on the third day in the morning.
Next day when I went to there office I came to know that instead of keeping it in the office they have again sent it back through one of there courier guys which is very rediculous knowing the fact that I had already discussed with them.So I talked to the people on the counter and they assured me that the courier will be delivered when I will come back from office which is at 10 o clock in the night.Just to communicate with the courier guys I took his cell number form them.Before leaving the office when I called the courier guy he said that he has again delivered it in the office as per the rules.When I asked him the reason behind it he just couldnt answer which is again rediculous as he was the very own person who had promised the delivery at 10.

Till date I have not received my parcel.So I want to complaint against Bluedart Courier services.

Bluedart Courier Service SUCK big time.
